We hired this law firm and Ann Zagare became our attorney for the situation. She was absolutely wonderful. From the beginning, her assistant Genesis was kind and attentive. She answered our emails and calls in a very timely manner. When we worked with Ms. Zagare, she was knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Ms. Zagare really knows her stuff. They have totally dropped the ball on my disability paperwork. I was issued ongoing benefits which is not correct as I am back to work. I notified my lawyer back in November and they told me they have to send social security a letter explaining that I am not entitled to ongoing benefits, they STILL have not submitted that paperwork and now I am in a position where I owe money to social security. I keep getting the same response and empty promises. Nothing has been handled in a timely manner and this is not acceptable at all. Thousands in fees for them to continuously drop the ball is just awful.
