I am a Realtor working right next door at Century21 Vanguard. I used them for the first time today and will be a repeat Client. I experienced superb communication from Gloria and her staff throughout the transaction. Tallie was great with my first time home buyer and explained everything so well and very professionally. They do come highly recommended! They made my job easy.

My husband and I had such a great experience with this firm. As an attorney, I have seen how easily a closing can go wrong. Our closing with this law firm was so smooth and we had a great experience. All of the staff was super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

My fiance and I were first time home buyers and Talley oversaw our closing. We could not be happier with the care that was given to us during the closing and after. Talley broke down everything in a digestible manner during the closing. When we had questions about the deed, Gloria the office administrator was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.

I submitted a request to change the title /deed for a single residence from a single holder to two people in mid June of 2016. At that time I was told that Mr. Lattimore was very busy and he couldn't get to it for over a month. It is now September and I have heard nothing from them. I contacted the office and they still had no idea when the paperwork would be looked at for the change. They offered for me to pick up the paperwork and provided a couple referrals to get the title/deed changed. Obviously, I am not going to get the three or four months delay back, but I can take my legal request elsewhere. Hopefully, to get it done faster than three or four months. Unless you are already tied to Mr. Lattimore for a house purchase or sale I would not recommend him for anything else. I a

Mr. Lattimore handled my house closing at the end of November and he was excellent. Mr. Lattimore took his time to go through the documents and thoroughly explained everything in layman's terms. I never felt rushed or unable to ask a question. I will certainly use him in the future for any real estate transactions.
