I liked the pace of service. They were helpful and respectful. The thing I didn't like is that I would have preferred to go to a doctor that my insurance covered because that cost me almost $20,000. The physical therapist got more money than I did. I'm thankful don't get me wrong it's just that money could have really helped me and my family more.

I already gave a 5 star rating, but I wanted to take time to explain why. Their services were thoroughly explained, they were available most of the time, and when they weren’t, they got back to me in a timely manner which was very stress relieving. They negotiated with my insurance and got me a great deal without going to court, which was fantastic. And it didn’t take long at all since the accident. I went to treatment for about 3 months, and they treated me well. Everyone at knr including treatment center, were very respectful and kind. I even was given a Starbucks gift card at the end, wow! I just wish everyone was as understanding about the time it takes to get everything settled. The hospitality while filling out my paperwork at the office was superb, Thank you very much. KNR was a great law firm to work with. I got into a minor accident in May that left me with a whiplash and totaled car. I called them and they picked up the case and worked with efficiently and with diligence to help me get everything sorted out. The process was smooth and attorney Vasvari was wonderful, she personally communicated with me on severe occasions through the duration of the case and therapy. Communication was really good every step. Their service is recommended and Much appreciated.

Jim and team were wonderful in making sure I had a worry free situation after my accident! It was nice to just hand everything over to them and move on with my recovery! We had a very tough case and Tom was very persistent and thorough the whole way through, explaining everything to us in great detail and making us feel real comfortable every step of the way. Tom was very professional but very personal and treated us like more than just clients, also helping my young daughter to understand and explain in a way that she could understand.
