I contacted King Law Firm in Ocala last Friday to retain them for my accident case after explaining that my situation had evolved beyond a standard personal injury claim and I was no longer comfortable with the original firm I had contracted. They initially seemed willing to take my case and even advised me to terminate my current representation before signing with them — which I did in good faith. After that, communication fell apart. It took them all day Monday to send a contract, which turned out to limit representation only to “personal injury” despite my clear explanation in Friday that the case involves more.
