He falsely claimed that I never spoke with attorney Kelly Musleh, despite the fact that I did speak directly with Kelly, who dismissed my request for a second opinion after very clearly identifying herself on the phone as KELLY. 2. Misrepresentation of Ethics Rules: Victor Musleh cited Rule 4-4.2 of the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct to justify refusing my request.
