After both my parents passed away, and it came time for me and my sisters to put the house up for sale, and then to divide the assets between us, we turned to Kilmartin & Kilmartin for legal advice. Paul Kilmartin took the time to explain in plain terms what the steps would be and the costs for each part of the legal assistance he could provide. First he worked with us thru the process of getting me appointed as the Executor of the Estate, including all the court filings (since the Deed was in my parents name). After that we also retained him to help us thru the sale of the house.
