I want to share the great experience my father and I had working with Lee J. Sauerhoff, Esq., MSW. My father was unfairly given a judgment to have his wages garnished for a credit card he never opened! Their judgement had false information and as you can imagine it was very stressful on my dad, especially because lawyers can be very expensive. I worked with Lee ( pro bono) throughout the process to have the judgement vacated, and she made everything so much more manageable. It was a scary situation but Lee was always accessible, kind, and answered all our questions. Thanks to her expertise and guidance, the judgment was vacated!! We are extremely grateful for her support and highly recommend Lee and Legal Services of Hudson Valley in Yonkers.

Lee and her staff did a phenomenal over and above job from start to ! They were very caring and supportive throughout the entire litigation process. Lee went above and beyond in overturning a ruling when my brother and his wife were being treated unfairly. I highly recommend LSHV in Yonkers for anyone in need of pro bono legal help!

While he was very professional - BEWARE the info you send to this initial contact will be used to “proactively” start running up a huge bill. I call often to speak to my attorney And no one hardly ever answers the call the receptionist So I get a little frustrated and anxious because I have questions that I need answers and I feel like then I'll being answered because the 1st person who gets the call the call is the front desk.
