This review reflects my personal experience and opinions. Unfortunately, my experience working with Kevin Hardy was not a positive one. In my opinion, communication was a recurring issue. I often waited several days for responses, even when time-sensitive matters were involved. When I did receive replies, I found them vague and not directly responsive to my questions, which left me feeling uncertain and frustrated. Throughout the process, I felt that there was a lack of urgency in handling my case. It seemed like I had to follow up repeatedly just to keep things moving. I was also presented with additional service suggestions that, from my perspective, didn’t feel necessary, and this gave me the impression that the focus was more on increasing fees than resolving my matter efficiently.

My contractor took me to the court for not paying him. I refused to pay because he tried to charge me for the materials that were never used and lots of measurements were off. My main concern was missing materials. Keving completely ignored it and emphasized the measurements part which wasn't that important. A year later, when I finally asked if he's going to do anything about missing materials, he told me that I should file the fraud case but now it's too late and I should think about it earlier. Another atterney put all possible liens against me and my husband even though he wasn't part of the deal. Kevin mentioned multiple times that my husband shouldn't be involved but wasn't able to fight any of that. I feel like my case was neglected.

Attorney Hardy is unlike most Attorneys! He is genuinely honest, compassionate, thorough, and an enormous asset to the legal system, and those fortunate enough to acquire his services! His devotion and dedication to his clients (& the cause) is unparalleled! In just a very short time, after Attorney Hardy had accepted a very complex custody matter, he had quickly (and selflessly) saved two children from returning back to a hell that no child should ever experience! This was a case which was previously battled for more than 5 years straight, with 3 attorneys from/in a different county. Kevin Hardy and his assistants have provided me with exceptional service during the long and sometimes laborious task of obtaining not only my Alien Registration Card but also ultimately my US Citizenship.
