I have been calling, emailing leaving vm for 2 weeks at the AG office, not one person has taken the time to respond to me. When Daniel Cameron was in office someone had the sense to respond. To think the people elected this man.Update 30 mins after posting this i got a call finally Still no help, they said I could drive to the State Fair to get the info needed. 45 min drive pay to park and get in. This AG and staff are not a out serving the people of Ky. Really sad 😔

The new "attorney general" does absolutely nothing for consumers. When I had an issue when daniel cameron was in the office I usually have a response with a resolution within 2-3 days. This new person hasnt even responded in over a week. SAD but he's worried about things like temu and landlords outside of ky which btw its more companies than you know taking advantage of people in ky smh I got no response at all regarding verizon literally UPCHARGING MY ACCOUNT BY AT LEAST 500 BUCKS and now I have to switch companies due to an extremely high bill that is not accurate. Shame shame shame

Consumer protection department refused to address complaints about restaurants using the governments power to tax, for private use, when paying a tax is a mandatory civic duty. City restaurant taxes are absent any law, yet it is mandatory everyone pay them.

Have not gotten a reply yet about my complaint about car taxes. If the car is sold, let's say April and Ky want car taxes for months not used!! Not fair to consumers.
