UPDATE: I have now been with this company for 2.5 years and am very disappointed. They are of zero help when I call/email, I NEVER get a response. The only times I have actually got to sit down and speak with someone is when I had to sign paperwork for them. As well as they stopped automatically garnishing my paychecks to pay their fees, with ZERO notice to me. 5 months later I get a bill for $500 in back fees and a "motion to dismiss" my bankruptcy case. I have been unable to finance a perfectly affordable vehicle due to their complete negligence. I have asked REPEATEDLY now how much I owe them so I can cut ties with their firm once and for all and completely end my bankruptcy... and guess what? Still no response.
