*This is not a review of services provided by KSP* In 2022 we received a letter from Michael Resnick threatening us with foreclosure. Apparently, there was an issue between our closing attorney and the seller's (building developer) closing attorney. Someone was hacked and our attorney was emailed false wiring information which he used not knowing it was not the seller's attorney. We had paid our mortgage for almost a year when we received the letter. While I understand the seller needed to recuperate their loss, I feel this should have been resolved between the closing lawyers. Instead we were harassed with threats of foreclosure in 10 days if we did not pay ~$174,000, even after we were assured our closing attorney was in the process of filing an insurance claim to repay the seller.
