Kelli O’Brien works for the common good of her clients. She has a keen sense of family law and will go to bat for you. When you feel like things are hopeless, when you are stressed and don’t know where to turn, you can turn to Kelli. She will take care of you and she won’t give up until you receive what you deserve. I know because she has done this for me. She gave me back my strength and fortitude. For that I am truly grateful.

I just need to say what an amazing lawyer Ms. O'Brien is. She goes above and beyond. She had to deal with me sending her so many emails, even nights and weekends and she took the time to respond when she didn't have to. She is not only knowledgeable, but she gives a client what they need which is acknowledgement and respect. There aren't enough words to say...but if you're looking for am amazing attorney, then Kelli is the one you should choose.

In the many years that Ms. O'Brien has been the Attorney for the Child on my boyfriend's custody case, she has never spoken to him or observed him with his child, yet she has somehow managed to come to many conclusions about him, his relationship with his child, and his parenting skills. Her goal seems to be keeping this hard working dad from having any contact with his child. (It's worth noting that she works closely with the ex wife and her lawyer.) She has even shared court documents and information and arguments between the parents with the child. I fail to see how involving a child in that stuff is in their best interest! Ultimately Ms. O'Brien seems to represent no one's interest so much as she represents her own.

This Attorney has "Worked" for my family since 2017. She is the worst attorney I have ever seen. i am currently trying to get a accounting of all our bills, across 3 courts, Sent Emails, and Certified mail and no Response. The state of NY Appoints this person and then acts like she has no responsibility but to charge $100,000+ With no invoices.. You need to beware of this attorney.

I was a young teenager when my mother hired Kelli O'Brien as her divorce lawyer, and I spent years watching her bleed my mother dry and accomplish nothing. It was bad enough that my mother survived domestic violence and a 14 year divorce process, but Kelli left my mother with absolutely nothing. My mother is now disabled and bedridden, without even a penny to her name, and Kelli continues to attempt to steal $50,000 more dollars from her. I cannot stress enough how evil Kelli O'Brien is. She didn't lift a finger to make sure my mother collected anything she was owed from my abusive father. Go to literally any other lawyer. Kelli is a soulless monster.
