This law firm does nothing. They will drag out your case until it is moot. Every couple of weeks, we called and was told, "I will look into that". For FOUR YEARS!!!!! Nothing we needed done matters anymore. It was a terrible experience watching my mother go through that after losing her son.

Jodie Kelley has been handling the probate of my grandmother’s estate for almost three years. It’s not even difficult, no one is challenging. But Ms Kelley is constantly forgetting our case with a litany of excuses and we have to call often only to be met with, “uhhhhh…. We’re working on it. We’ll get back to you.” Only they don’t. We wait two weeks and call them back. It’s clear that they don’t care about our case. I just worry the same might happen to you.
