I was hit by a moving vehicle while crossing a crosswalk. I scheduled an appointment with this office. The appointment was for sept 23 at 2pm. The bilingual front desk lady called me two hours before my appointment to try and reschedule, saying that it was because she didn't want to get her sandals wet. I mentioned how i had changed many plans around for this appointment that we had made and that i was working around a broken window in the rain to arrive there as we planned. She said that if it was that important to me, she would be there and keep my appointment she had made with me.
