I can see how a lot of the people this law firm deals with are people who may be grieving and have needs emotionally and financially. Keep that in mind when reading reviews on here and other boards. I felt the fees were completely reasonable and they got the job done professionally.

This lawyer never checked to see if there was a conflict of interest within the family before she hearded my parents and brother into a trust seminar. Signed my parents up to a trust that my brother controls. She sent a letter afterward stating she no longer reps my 97 year old mother, but does rep my brother. My mom was delivered to me in gainesville to die. Me, her daughter and sisters cannot access the trust money to take care of her. This was a huge CONFLICT OF INTEREST and this lawyer never checked. She simply let my brother who hates his sisters and mother. Our father as successor trustee died 10 years ago. Not even a death certificate was filed by this attorney.

Do not trust this firm. I am dealing with this firm, especially Danielle, regarding a loved ones estate. She blatantly lies to me on the phone saying paperwork is in the mail for OVER 3 WEEKS NOW. Would you want this to happen to your family? Find another lawyer.
