My mom suffered severe neglect, which led to her death. Yet they didn't even ask me for the police report the hospital records or the nursing home records before they turn me down. The state was notified and also felt it was your case of neglect. Due to that neglect, my mother passed away. How can a lawyer or law office who covers nursing home? Neglect decide not to take a case before even contacting the family of the deceased. Who is trying to get justice for their parent.
