My experience with this attorney has been a nightmare. I was in a motorcycle accident in 2017. I hired this guy to represent me. While I was still being treated for conditions due to the accident, I received an offer to settle. I rejected the offer and instructed him to wait until I finished treatment before discussing settlements. He then quit on me in 2018 and left me to fend for myself with the insurance company. 3 years later... The insurance company is trying to settle but this guy decided to put a lien on my claim after quitting. I have to fight it in court where the judges are basically lawyers in black robes. Sounds fun huh? Maybe you'll be as lucky.

My son age 7 at the time was injured in an auto accident. And I contacted Mr Hoefert the claim was settled very quickly at the max. Now 20 yrs later he is disabled and Iooking at filling disability. He tried and just can't work due to the injuries.
