I honestly don’t even know where to start. Keith is a CON MAN. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from him. He attempted to add in $200 extra to his fee in the closing documents hoping that we would not notice. That is on top of the $1,300 dollars he tried to scam us in fraudulent fees and miscalculations. From day 1 he charged a very high rate, but we were happy to pay as long as the service was good. However, right after he had us as a client, Keith basically stopped responding to us. He would not pick up the phone at all. His assistant Biby is equally to blame as she would pick up the phone and dismiss us making excuses all the time for why it doesn’t make sense for us to talk to Keith. Keith doesn’t know how to work with people. He was unbelievably rude with my family and I as we tried to close on a house. He refused to meet with us or even talk on the phone with us. The one time we did get him on the phone, he was very impatient and didn’t want to listen to what we had to say. Even when he responds to emails he’s vague and doesn’t give straight forward answers. His assistant Bebe is just like him. Anytime she does answer she gives vague answers and always says Keith is too busy to speak with us. Bebe is just as short tempered as he is. Keith tried to overcharge us with last minute expenses which he never specified. He would have taken the money had we not figured out what he was doing. Do not work with Keith. He is very dishonest and will try to rip you off every chance he gets.

Never around to answer a call. Never returns calls and his assistant lies for him constantly.
