Had a horrible experience with this lawyer/law firm. The lawyer was unresponsive and withheld critical documents as leverage during an important lease transaction. I unfortunately was forced to deal with him for a prolonged period of time since he represented the seller. I also had to follow up many times to get copies of documents that slowed down the process or provided confirmation of the transaction. I would recommend caution when interacting with this firm.
