My experience with Kathleen M. Kirchner was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At the start, she recycled someone else’s prenuptial agreement, including unrelated personal information, instead of producing a properly customized document. That alone showed a lack of care for a highly sensitive legal matter. Despite giving her clear written instructions and forwarding the other party’s draft, Kathleen missed multiple key emails, failed to follow through with her responsibilities, and repeatedly made excuses (“I thought I sent it,” “I didn’t receive it,” etc.) instead of taking accountability. I am writing to address the concerns regarding the work completed and the associated billing of Kathleen Kirchner. It has come to my attention that there are discrepancies in the hours billed and the nature of the work performed. As per our agreement, payment is contingent upon work that is actually and reasonably performed. Upon review, it appears that the time sheets provided do not align with the work completed. Furthermore, the files delivered back to me were found to be identical to the original files provided, raising questions about the billed hours. Specifically, as an example, the charges related to work on a certain real estate firm, are questionable given the lack of substantial work in that area.
