DO NOT HIRE THIS SCAM ARTIST. When I went to have my initial consultation, she was very much selling me a dream. She explained she is all about discovery, explained I would expect a response from her any time I reached out. I expressed to her how exhausted (I have autistic twins and an 11 year old) I was and would just like to give her my phone for her to find all the discovery she needed. She agreed. As soon as she got the retainer fee, I RARELY heard from her. She would not respond to my emails, she said I was lying when I told her what she said about the phone. I was Constantly being abused by my husband financially. She only responded to me after HIS attorney sent over a letter, WHICH WAS FULL OF LIES. I tried to explain that to her, and she never responded. I told her my husband took

Showed up to court completely unprepared. Was given all the evidence and did not even view it. We had to explain everything and show her evidence on the spot. Was asked to clarify things after court was over, we never got the answers we needed and had to start calling the court house and find out all the information ourselves.

Initially, the experience was rough, as I left 3 messages and could not get a response back. Found out eventually that the person responsible for directing legal plan requests was out for a period of time and those messages weren't re-directed. Once we worked with a lawyer, we were very happy with the service provided.

Ms. Karnes experience and knowledge was such an asset in my case. She was very proactive. She and her team's kindness and professionalism helped me through a very difficult situation. I highly recommend Karnes law firm!

Would not recommend going here, she is only in it for the money and does not care about anyone. I hired her and paid my money. Had my sign a piece of paper in court and told me I had to pay her again to represent me. Was not told before I signed the paper. Would not recommend her to ANYONE!!
