Poor communication. Leave u sitting for 5 days with no update or anything. Was not knowledgeable of the situation and didn’t know what to do so did nothing. Then when confronted why petition not filed turned it all around and said we weren’t a match then said you can come get your file for $1200. I don’t recommend this firm. The petition should have been filed day one and wasn’t.

Tom Kangur lacks attention to detail and basic client respect. I purchased some property with the recommended services of my mortgage broker and Mr Kangur’s office erroneously withdrew my property from the agricultural tax program without my permission. This has cost me thousands of dollars, and will continue to do so for at least 4 more years (time until I can re enter the program). He initially promised to rectify the situation and has failed to do so for 1.5 years. Without hesitation, find another closing lawyer if you seek a seamless buying process.
