Very poor communication, does not respond for weeks, if at all until escalated I hired Carolina Estate in July to handle a simple estate, paid in full, and as of tonight still do not have confirmation of my father's estate being officially open. Info and documents were sent to them in July and I did not receive filing paperwork to sign until mid-September, after numerous emails and finally escalation to receive any response at all. The documents even required correction. Documents were signed for filing. After several additional requests for an update I was notified in mid-November that there was a filing error, further delaying the process. I was promised an update I never received.
