Kane and Koltun

Jeff has been our family's attorney for more than a decade. He handles our real estate contracts, wills & trusts, various business transactions, and more. The WORST AND MOST COSTLY legal experience I have EVER had! Kane and Koltun were retained by my mother to administer her trust upon her death. After she passed, K&K began acting like it was THEIR money. They made deals to pay my mom's credit card companies much more than they should have received, and it took two years to do it. During that time they continued to charge us administration fees. In the end we learned that we paid TWICE as much as it should have cost an estate that size. My mother is rolling in her grave. She would have been mortified to learn how much of her money went to bills and attorney fees rather than her children. And it wasn't just K&K's actions, it was their attitude as well. They were disrespectful. On many occasions they actually admonished us for asking questions
