This is by far one of the most unprofessional law firms I have ever dealt with. The receptionist clearly has no idea what she’s doing, and every interaction with the office is frustrating and disorganized. Getting in contact with an attorney is nearly impossible. Every time you call, they put you on hold, promise a callback, and then never follow through. I called repeatedly and received absolutely no response. The only time there was any communication was when the attorney decided she felt like reaching out completely unacceptable when you are paying for legal representation. Clients should not have to chase their own lawyer. The staff comes across as immature, irresponsible, and careless. There is zero sense of urgency or professionalism in this office.
