If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Mr.Giest as well as his secretary are very unprofessional. Everytime you call their office, the secretary tells you he’s with a client or he’s pre occupied and takes matters into her own hands. You’ll leave messages for the lawyer to call back and you’ll hear nothing back. Unless you harass the office on your matter. Not only that, Giest never follow’s up with his clients himself. In fact you’ll have to reach out to other resources on your own to get the answers you need pertaining the case before you hear any news from the lawyer. I’m in no law business but hiring Giest you’ll have to bring your own knowledge and suggestions to the table in order for him to actually do his job. Anyone with anything negative to say about Kalman Geist is definitely the problem….. i had Kal as my lawyer all thru the 90s…. Lets just say i wasnt the person i am now….i went to 3 separate jury trials and was aquitted all 3 times… in 3 different counties…. You will not find a better criminal lawyer…. If your price shopping you only get what you pay for….and thankfully i had a family that helped me through alot of bad times but as i sit here writting this review not being arrested in almost 20 years….
