I’d like to share my experience with hiring Bryan Lindsay, Esq. of Woodland Park, NJ as a lawyer for Closing on the Real Estate sale for us. From the beginning to the end, Bryan proved to be very efficient and helpful to our cause. This is what is called being client-oriented. When we have encountered a shady buyer, Bryan was the one who spotted that and advised us firmly on looking for someone else. He also hears what a client desires: even in the holiday season, he was able to close within 4 days before the desired by us deadline. The icing on the cake was the way he worked with the Title company to secure the bigger portion of proceeds to go our way vs original proposal. All in all, I can heartily and sincerely recommend Bryan Lindsay.
