I took a one page will to be drafted for my mother . I was told this would take 2 weeks. The attorney that took the job knew this was to be completed before the Christmas holidays . Due to traveling for holidays and needing signatures and a notary . Well over three weeks i started calling the week of Dec. 16th. I Spoke to a lady two different days last week. I Was promised a call back on both calls I placed to them. That never happened either. I was told it was on the attorneys desk and i would get a call Thursday or Friday Dec. 20th. That also never happened . I decided to go to their office today Dec. 23rd to pick up the will regardless if it was completed or not . Upon calling the office it is closed as of Dec. 20th until Dec 30th. Their web site says open today and this Friday . The

I've used Johnson and Moore at least 6 times over the past 18 years for both personal and professional property closings. The are professional, competitent, and reliable. A smooth process that is fully explained every time.

Had two property closings with them and both went fairly smoothly, don’t know what happened since but I had some other work done which now needs to be finalized and am not getting any response. I have called three times over the past three months, each time being promised a call back and nothing, no return communication whatsoever. Very frustrating.
