I strongly advise against using Bachara Law Firm. My experience with them was disappointing, as I felt they showed little concern for their clients. I recently sought their help regarding a traffic violation, and despite clearly stating my disagreement with the ticket, their representative informed me that they don’t dispute charges—something I thought was a fundamental part of a lawyer's role. I even took the initiative to review the video evidence at the precinct, which clearly demonstrated that no violation had occurred. Instead of advocating for me, they suggested I take a driving course without providing a satisfactory explanation. Overall, I cannot recommend this law firm based on my experience.

Our daughter, who was traveling through the state of NC on her way back to college, was charged with a DUI. As any parent would feel, we were extremely concerned. Our biggest problem was that we live several hundred miles away, and had no idea who we should entrust our daughter's fate with. After careful research, we decided to move forward with Mark. I would give a negative 5 stars if I could! He didn't help me at all! I talked to him for 5 minutes and he charged me for 2.5 hrs then added another charge. When I went to pay my fine it was 200 more then I was told. My case would have easily been thrown out but he didn't even try. DO NOT GET MARK BACHARA FOR A ATTORNEY!

I had a Consultation with Ms. Essey. I told her i wanted to hire her and she said she would get started working on my case. She told me her fee but because i never had been in trouble or needed a laywer and usually dont pay lawyers i didn't know protcol and though that payment was due when work was done. Like the way the consultation fee was taken. As i was leaving the office her paralegal tells me she would be in touch. She was in touch one day before trial and tells me that she cant represnt me and i was forced to represent myself not knowing what i needed to do and say leading to the worst possible outcome i could ever imagine. A courtesy reminder of either payment or find someone else or start preparing yourself was never given. She just may very well just destroyed my and my boys li

Mr. Bachara handled my case professionally and quickly. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and well worth the fee (which was also reasonable). I would absolutely recommend Mr. Bachara and would obtain his services again if needed.
