My experience with Megan Nolan as a Guardian ad Litem was profoundly unfair and unprofessional. She refused to review or include critical evidence I provided, declined to conduct any meaningful investigation, and would not visit my home despite repeated requests. This evidence was significant enough that my own attorneys acknowledged it and attempted to correct the record, yet she still refused to include it in her report. I was also denied equal access. When I asked for additional time to speak with her, I was refused, while the opposing party was given considerably more hours. This unequal treatment created a strong appearance of bias and prejudgment. I had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience working with Megan. She showed incredible bias and, when critical decisions needed to be made regarding the well-being of my child, was completely unavailable. I was forced into signing a parenting plan under duress from the other side, simply to ensure my child’s safety.
