I hired Jayni Lindtvedt as my divorce lawyer. It took a full year for my divorce to go through and it was a cut and dry uncomplicated case. There were months where NOTHING was done on my case. I never ever got any update information after court meetings although my spouse would always get prompt updates by his lawyer on his proceedings. If you want to be represented well and not have your divorce dragged on needlessly, do not go to this attorney. You will be very disappointed.

Charles Courtney gave me a free consultation year ago and he was amazing. I hired their law firm for a personal matter at that time. Because of my prior experience with him, I called to work with them again. This time, for a separate issue, I had a consultation with attorney Jayni Linveth on March 30th. She told me she had to get back with me on a question I had and a retainer amount and would call me later that day. She did not. I waited and waited. Nothing. Finally I called yesterday May 7th and was told she would return my call that day or the next. It is now Friday night, May 8th and...you guessed it. Nothing.
