If I could rate Mr Gardner a hundred stars instead of just five I most definitely would! He showed up to court aware of one of my cases which was expected but he was not aware of another case that was to follow that we didnt even discus yet and not even 30 mins after I asked him a question about it, he managed to get a dismissal which was a total suprise! The rudest people everrrr!!!! I currently am in sick in bed with COVID tried talked to the lady the nicely this morning but she was screaming on the phone to me saying that we can’t do 3rd party calls which I understand I was trying to talk to her then I got hung up on I called back trying to be nice I told her I tried calling them yesterday 5 times let me remind you i can barely talk they hung up on me yesterday then she goes that not true like whattt then I ask ma’am can I please talk to someone else cause your screaming at me and not letting me talk. Do not waste your time going here. We had a case that should have been easily won. It was a case against Russell Cooper Pools. This man cheated us, lied to us and we had a hot tub that did not work. Jarret Bouchette, an attorney that works at this firm, did not even present any exhibits that were prepared!
