The woman who answered the phone was extremely unfriendly from the start. When I didn’t understand what she was asking for, instead of clarifying, she repeatedly said, “you’re not answering my question” in a very teacher-like, condescending tone. It felt rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with the attorney, she said he was with a client. I then asked to make an appointment, and she immediately said there was nothing available until April. It was clear she wasn’t willing to help or even look into the situation further. Whether that timeline was accurate or not, the way it was handled felt extremely unprofessional and unkind. John is a wonderful advisor and will not steer you wrong in any way. Very professional, knowledgeable in his career, and exudes kindness and strength in his work. I used John Long and his team as my closing attorney on my first home. John, Kelly, Maria, and staff were more than helpful when answering all of my questions. Kelly was prompt and knowledgeable with the closing process. John has also spoke at my civic organization’s meeting about Estate Planning.
