I need help on what steps to take next against my former attorney John Cornett in Georgetown, KY. He completely disregarded what I told and paid him to do on my last court appearance and did something totally different than what he had talked about. I’ve called and called and to get a new court date for another issue I would like to be put on the docket for and he ignored me. I’ve given this man thousands upon thousands of dollars over the years and he’s now informed me that he is choosing not to represent me anymore, but refuses to pay me back the $500 I paid him to do so with, after doing the exact opposite of what I paid him to do on our last court appearance.
