Terrible!! Won’t do anything that will help you! One can do better themselves on there own then to have this office represent you! I agree with Michael’s comment, so true. At least put someone in there that at least is acknowledging your concern! Won’t return calls again nothing! Terrible service! Terrible!
Just awful they don’t do anything!! They won’t call you back, especially Douglas. Say they will advocate for you but won’t. All I have to say is don’t get in trouble to start with. But you are for sure going to jail if Douglas is on your case.
