Very kind, caring compassion made me feel very comfortable. We definitely recommend them they even sent me a box of sweet treats from a place called Sugar wish and they were absolutely amazing. I got to pick out two cookies. I picked the cheesecake and apple pie and holy moly. It was mouthwatering very delicious. I’ll definitely be ordering from that website, I think it was very awesome that a company would send a thanks to you and this kind of love and appreciation of thankfulness.

The meeting was brief. It would have been great to have gotten a little more details. My sisters and I did asked questions and was able to gain some understanding of the probate procedure, time frame and documents needed if any. For me some things remain unclear however, I do appreciate the time given to us.

I’ve never been more confused in my life. If you want anything from them you’ll have to ask via email where you’ll get a very reactive answer instead of proactive. One example is my trust document was sent for me to review. I obviously don’t understand their jargon otherwise I wouldn’t need them. Once I asked for clarification, I get another email that explains the sections more clearly. It’s all backwards. There is also no path to follow. No sense of direction. Only follow them blindly via emails. Now that it’s complete, I have no clue what the next step is if there is one.
