Did not ensure the record reflected my ex-husbands history of drug abuse despite his charges being public record. Avoid at all costs for Custody disputes.

He told my friend she was "good bait" and "not to get her hopes up" regarding her regaining custody of her daughter after it was unlawfully taken from her.

I find Mr. Mulligan to be a very professional attorney. He’s also a very kind man. I am very glad that I had the opportunity to meet him and to use him in my divorce.

The guy is very disrespectful and curses like a ship captain and truck driver together business etiquette is worse than a street thug.

Retained Jim a number of years ago to assist in a child custody/child safety case. He did not listen to me, and did not defend me in any way when it came time to present in court. He instead shushed me and continued with his own agenda- which was to remain quiet, not attempt any defense in any way, and accept whatever was offered. All the while he kept throwing in my face how the opposing lawyer in the case "wouldn't take this case for less than $2,500." I explained multiple scenarios to Jim in his office for him to act like I didn't speak a word, he instead just waited for me to stop talking to say what he wanted to say. How someone like this is allowed to continue in the practice of law is beyond my comprehension. He seems to be just as corrupt as the rest of the court system. I'd give z
