My experience was that amounts were withheld on a sale of a a tract of land under FRPTA and where there was no capital gains in which to pay taxes as a non-resident person. I have not been provided with details of the filing with the IRS so Im pursuing the matter with the Georgia IRS.
The best lawyer in town I love Mr. Cadle he’s very upfront and honest ! The staff are also very sweet!!
Morgan has closed 6 property purchases for me and has been great to work with. The whole staff has been outstanding. Don't forget about Ms Cherry. She been great as well. I definitely recommend them for anything you need.
