These people are shady crooks. They acquired my debt , added an interest rate and then let it sit for 5 years then had my checks garnished three months before the debt becomes legally not collectable. Their tactics are shady and underhanded. No attempts to contact me at all. The receptionists and assistants are all blatantly rude and unhelpful as well as being un knowledgeable. If you have issues please file a report with the better business bureau and complain to the attorney general so that something actually happens to them as every review seems to be the exact same

Shannon Lynn needs to find a different profession. She was absolutely the most unprofessional human I have ever worked with. To call her snide and uncouth is a compliment for this piece of work. Learn better manners and do better Shannon

I tried to talk to a paralegal about getting a summons and I was calm and just trying to figure out what I need to do and she was right off the bat rude and condescending. I was even offering to pay a lower settlement to avoid court but she cut me off and said sorry I can't do that. So I guess I'm going to court to figure this out

plain and simple they are thieves. they neglected to inform us of a dismissal on our case until we sent yet another payment and now they won't refund our money . they literally said well we will just keep that money and then not worry about more payments AFTER a court said we DO NOT owe anymore. crooks. and this was after they failed to include us at a hearing where they won a collection judgment against us that was almost triple the original debt. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Jensen and Sullivan law firm, sent a court notice, had it delivered to someone else, and then recieved a judgement against me, had my wages garnished and I was never aware of any of this until I received a satisfaction of judgment. They are a shady underhanded bunch of lowlifes that pray on people and their livelihood. Had I known I owed on a bill it would have been paid, this law firm is sneaky and underhanded. I do not understand how I could have a judgement leveled against me without being allowed to defend myself. Very unjust
