My family hired Jennifer to deal with my mother’s guardianship after a severe stroke. On the surface she was very professional and her space is quite nice. I felt during the process Jennifer would offer very generic advice and often led the conversations to be long and not go anywhere. As a family we were in distress and did not know about the process at all. I feel like she was happy to milk the clock at $250 an hour. I remember getting her bill and feeling the value she provided did not match up. What I feel most disappointed about with her service was that she was well aware that when establishing a new guardianship there is a three month follow up submission of a budget and care plan.
