I highly recommend Jeannie!! I wish she was closer to my area considering how helpful she truly is! I mean she really went the extra mile to make what could have been a stressful situation so much easier! From the start she was professional, responsive (all the time even when I made the mistake of calling after hours) and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every step of the process and also answered any questions I, myself or my grandmother had. She was also able to show up on my grandmothers behalf and make great accommodations considering we live almost 2 hours away from where the case took place.
