Jay McClendon took over half of my oldest sisters Trust Fund. She was Down Syndrome and elderly plus he took his sweet time, four years to move it from one place to another charging the Trust Fund everyday of the week. And left her less than 9K pl the Trust Fund Co charged the account for handling it. Jay McClendon takes advantage of people especially if he knows a person is not savvy in knowing the law. And doesn't try to explain anything.

Treated us like the gum on his shoe, rude and ugly towards us. I won't recommend him to anyone. I have Durable POA and Healthcare surrgent and refused guardianship WOW WAISTE OF TIME DONT DO IT!!!

The only thing he did promptly was cash our check. We hired him to help with emergency guardianship for our father. Incredibly disappointed and really felt like he just said what we wanted to hear. Things we were assured would not happen,happened. I wish I could award negative stars.

Jay Mcclendon sued me in an estate case. I was the POA for both parents whose names appeared on my parents' bank account. I was also the caregiver for my dad and mom until I became disabled (10 years). I was the administrator of my mom's estate; he had the will before he sued me. His former partner at a law firm suggested I go to him. I showed him text messages from my family that frightened me. My relatives, a brother and niece, who sent the texts from Ohio went to him while I was trying to recover from anorexia nervosa and other issues.
