Vanessa and her Mother are very professional, courteous and friendly. They have always treated me & wife with respect and care for our problems , whatever they might be. They have always found time to take care of our business/paperwork. I highly recommend them for your legal, taxes , fingerprints ect.. I can't imagine anyone giving them a bad review, so don't pay attention to them, try them yourself and see that what I'm telling you is true. Please support their business or go many miles to get your stuff done. I rather do it here in Lake Wales.

Took a document to get notarized and was running around with my children, I was taken care of promptly and courteously, as a small business owner myself I value customer service and it was great! I will be utilizing their services again. Plus side: Bilingual!

Staff had a really bad attitude, she kept taking deep breaths like she was aggregated, she left the room in the middle of working with me to talk to other people. Every question I had she said we are a 3rd party vendor so I don’t know. Never got the chance to get my fingerprints done. I will just go the next town over before I go back there.
