Mr. Jay Dupree owes my rental property at WildWood Villa and the people/person he has managing it are unprofessional. My AC unit hasn’t worked properly since last year and I keep getting the run around about when it we be fixed. I have a organization who’s willing to pay my rent since I’ve falling on hard times but they refused to work with them. Which is sad but they don’t care about there tenants at all.
