He double and triple checked title for issues before recording our deed. The staff goes above and beyond to respond to questions and concerns. Mr. Griffin even went an extra step to provide us with documentation concerning a potential future title issue. I highly recommend this firm for closing.

First off, the first statement the lawyer made to me was something to the effect of “are you here to rob the place?” Which was quite offensive to me. This is a time that we should be wearing masks to prevent COVID-19 infections, and since I am a front line worker I take this seriously. Then the lawyer begins to insinuate that my loan package is not in order because of negligence on behalf of my bank. Throughout meeting with me, had his staff to interrupt closing via intercom to emphasize how negligent my bank was with closing documents, while failing to acknowledge his own lack of communication with the bank. In addition, the lawyer apparently does not know how a wire transfer works or that it may take more than a couple of hours to receive. This staff needs to take cultural sensitivity c
