If I could give zero stars i would. I had a consultation with James, he gave me some information and steps on what I needed to do regarding an HOA issue. Once I left I tried to reinstate the LLC as he told me to but it can't be reinstated. So I called and left a message with his paralegal to get info on what I could do. I have now called 4 times, left 2 messages with the paralegal, left a message on his extension and an email. He will not contact me back. Just a waste of $150. DO NOT USE JAMES HILLDRUP. Just collected his $150 for about 30 minutes of conversation and now won't respond. Terrible and unprofessional to say the least.

I regrettably chose to use Hilldrup to close on a real estate transaction. The experience involved submitting a ratified purchase contract to Hilldrup's office. I received a terse acknowledgement from them that the contract was received and that an agent would contact me once a Hilldrup employee was assigned to work on my case. Seven days passed from the time I submitted the paperwork before I gave up on Hilldrup. During that 7 days I was never contacted by them by email or by phone with any updates. My case was never assigned to an employee. After waiting 7 days for a response from them, I eventually notified Hilldrup that I was taking my business to another company since time was of an essence. Mr Hilldrup was very professional, helpful and accommodating during our visit. We were very pleased with his service.

I had the pleasure of settling one of our clients home at Mr Hildrup's office today. Never meeting Jimmy before, what I like is how down to earth he was and how he took time with my client. Very professional staff and I will definately be using Mr Hilldrup's office again. Peggy James

So much knowledge if you are an investor, you must to hire him, James knows the inns and outs of real estate investments , overall in complicated tittle issues or foreclosures.
