Jack Simms Law Office

Jack Simms is very inconsiderate of his clients time. While I understand he may have a very busy case load we’ve been waiting 45 minutes, when we had to take off work just for this appointment. He doesn’t seem to remember details and information about the case, and looks lost and aloof in court. I would not recommend him to anyone as he lacks professionalism, accountability, care, and consideration. There is also very poor and delayed communication with members of his team. Highly recommend you use a different lawyer if you can.

My husband is in Vernon & he hired Mr. Jack to help him out we contacted him to see if it was ok to file for bond reduction him in his secretary agree for him to do it we waited a month to go to court for me. Jack to sit there in lie under oath in say he didn’t speak with him about a bond reduction wouldn’t allow the judge to give him one either… but I have everything recorded in something will be done come to find out several people have told us he really don’t care for blacks in it all make sense why he helped everybody in the court room that day but my husband god ain’t sleep in justice’s will be served he has kids in a family love him in we want give up nomatter….. I feel people like this should not be able to be in a courtroom at all if they not gone be truthful god ain’t sleep 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

We had a great experience with honest communication and good advice about a family matter. Both Jack and his assistant were friendly, professional and handled a delicate situation with practical actions.

This guy is a joke. He took my money, tried to get me to cop out , had my bail raised to 100,000 when it was 10,000 to begin with and then withdrew from my case without any word to me. Do not hire
