If I could give Chase Burns 20 stars I would! Everyone here is working for the customer. They always have been very helpful even with my OCD type calls. I am disabled as well, so handling everything online and by phone meant I could do this for my son. This has been a family owned business for years, they are not getting rich from what they accomplish for us, read what you get from Social Security carefully and you will see that. Do what they recommend, you need your confirmation paperwork. If it stands up and you testify truthfully they can guide you through this process better than imagined. If I could give them zero stars I would. Spoke to them over phone and told them of my case. Not once did they see me in person even though I requested. Told me it wasn’t necessary. The representative was supposed to call me on the Friday before court on the Monday to go over what would happen in court and what to expect. I got to the court one hour before hearing to discuss case with my representative. My representative was not there. Court started and the judge kept asking where my representative was. I called numerous times to the office saying she would be there soon. Thirty minutes after my appointed court time she showed up. Judge was past ready to hear my case. We were walked straight to the court room. With out being able to talk to my representative. These people are a joke to say

Took my son in law there to see Chase Burns as he handled my disability and dis a great job. And was told he was no longer there. The new owners disnt even speak to him in person even though he has medical records. And a really messed up back. Will have to take him to see someone else. They have changed.

Would DEFINITELY recommend! Everyone was nice, they listened, they were VERY helpful, they answered ALL my questions! I am definitely coming back if I need anything else! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

My father had been denied twice, Mr Burns got him approved without even having to go to a hearing. Highly recommend his services.
