Absolutely ruthless collections attorneys. Although some may read that and think that’s what you want in a collections attorney, their tactics did not work on me, because they are just bullies and are not smart about the way they conduct themselves in the collections process. My Dad defaulted on some loans with Rockland Trust Bank and attorney Michael Wirtz was assigned to the case. He went after my dad and I even though I was not obligated on my dad’s loans, and I had no connection to them.
