I recently worked Jack to help me file my SSDI claim. He took the time to understand my situation and explain everything to me in plain English. Not sure how there are 4.8 stars. Unprofessional in answering the phone. Didnt answer with who he was, I asked if it was the law firm. Short “yeah” answer. Asked me questions and wouldn’t let me finish responding before I was cut off. I just hung up. Will find someone that is professional and easy to talk to. Good luck trying to use this person.

My family recently spent several years trying to appeal for disability benefits for our disabled adult child through my husband’s retirement benefits. Jack consulted with us get the Social Security disability application for our son, who is disabled, submitted. He knew all the steps and details and set our expectations about the process. He helped us fill out the application, helped monitor it's status and reviewed all the submisions of paperwork requested by the SSA. It took about 14 months from application to approval in the SSA processing. It may have taken longer if we had to appeal. I think that due to Jack's knowledge and guidance we didn't have to appeal a rejection. I highly recommend Jack McCormick in disability law.
